The Proposals
Packaged Living, a developer and manager of high quality homes to rent, are bringing forward proposals to redevelop an obsolete, vacant office site at Norman Place, Reading.
The proposals provide c.260 rental homes as well as dedicating part of the site to creating a new waterfront public square which enhances the public realm and reconnects Reading town centre to the riverside.
